gmemusage software package provides Displays a graph detailing memory usage of each process, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gmemusage
gmemusage is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gmemusage package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gmemusage *
You will get with gmemusage package name, version, architecture and description in a table
